With extensive legal experience representing major state-owned and privately owned Chinese enterprises, he has advised on complex contentious and non-contentious matters with an aggregate transaction value approaching RMB 10 billion.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5571c139 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5571c139\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>His expertise spans key Southeast Asian jurisdictions\u2014including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand\u2014focusing on energy and renewables, mining, cross-border M&amp;A, industrial land acquisitions, infrastructure and logistics.
