Who we are
The China-ASEAN and International Investors Alliance is a non-profit association registered in Cambodia. For

Information we may collect
Depending on the interaction, CAIIA may collect identity and contact details; organization, employment, and
professional information; corporate registration, authority, ownership, and compliance records; membership
and event information; project and investment information; correspondence and meeting records; website
and security logs; payment and transaction records; and information voluntarily submitted through inquiries,
applications, reporting channels, or secure data rooms.

Sharing information
CAIIA may share relevant information with authorized personnel, governing bodies, service providers, professional advisers, institutional partners, competent authorities, and other parties where the individual consents, the engagement requires it, the law permits or requires it, or a legitimate safety, integrity, or legal need exists. CAIIA will seek to limit sharing to what is reasonably necessary and subject recipients to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.

Retention and security
CAIIA retains information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, contractual and legal obligations, dispute management, institutional records, and security. It uses proportionate access controls, confidentiality measures, audit records, cybersecurity safeguards, and incident procedures. No system is completely secure, and users should transmit sensitive information only through approved channels.
Your requests
Subject to applicable law and legitimate institutional requirements, a person may ask CAIIA to review, correct, update, restrict, or delete personal information, or withdraw a consent that forms the basis of a specific use. CAIIA may need to verify identity before acting and may retain information where law or legitimate record requirements apply.
Updates
CAIIA may update this notice as its systems, programs, and legal obligations develop. The website will show the effective date of the current version.
