The Ministry of Interior entered CAIIA into the Association Register. CAIIA operates under Cambodian law, its registered Statutes, and the institutional principles of independence, integrity, accountability, equal treatment, confidentiality, and responsible business conduct.

CAIIA exists to represent and protect the shared legitimate interests of its members, advance the public interest, and facilitate responsible, transparent, and sustainable investment cooperation among China, ASEAN, and international partners.
We help credible participants understand markets, prepare projects, build institutional relationships, manage risks, and sustain investment partnerships after initial entry.

CAIIA works with eligible members and partners that share its commitment to lawful and responsible investment. These may include investors, enterprises, project sponsors, professional firms, chambers of commerce, universities, think tanks, diplomatic missions, investment promotion bodies, development partners, and multilateral institutions.
Participation remains subject to CAIIA’s admission, due diligence, conflict-of-interest, confidentiality, and conduct requirements.

Initial inquiry
The prospective member, investor, enterprise, or project sponsor provides essential information
and confirms the purpose of the request

Eligibility and integrity review
CAIIA reviews identity, legal status, beneficial ownership where relevant,
commercial background, conflicts of interest, and material compliance risks.

Preliminary assessment
CAIIA considers project readiness, information quality, development relevance,
commercial logic, and its own capacity to assist.

Engagement plan
If accepted, the parties define scope, responsibilities, confidentiality, representation limits,
deliverables, and any applicable fees in writing.

Facilitation and coordination
CAIIA may support research, qualified introductions, dialogue, readiness work,
professional referrals, and progress monitoring.

Post-investment care
For eligible engagements, CAIIA may assist with early problem identification,
stakeholder coordination, and referral to competent authorities or qualified professionals.
