Arriving guests with pre-arranged pickups are greeted at the terminal exit of Siem Reap Angkor International Airport ( SAI) by a hotel representative holding an Angkor Palace Suite & Villa sign with your name on it , our team will meet you upon arrival. This service should be organized at least 4hours in advance before arrival through the Concierge desk, and is available 24 hours a day. Your comfort and safety is our hotel’s utmost concern.
